01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this agreement and all related a45jl policy documents:

• "Platform" means the a45jl website accessible at https://a45jl.net and any associated mobile or web application operated by a45jl Casino.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the a45jl platform and uses it for gaming, wagering, or any other purpose.
• "Account" means the registered and verified personal account held by a Player on the a45jl platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's a45jl account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by a45jl subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by a45jl before processing any withdrawal transaction.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States of America.
• "Philippine Payment Methods" means GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet, as supported by a45jl from time to time.

02 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the a45jl platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without a registered account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2.2 The act of completing the a45jl registration process and clicking "I Agree" during account creation constitutes your explicit and unambiguous acceptance of this agreement in its entirety.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date indicated at the top of this document and supersede all prior versions of the a45jl user agreement. Players who registered prior to this effective date are subject to the current version from the effective date onwards.

2.4 a45jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To be eligible to register an a45jl account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had an a45jl account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) a45jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

3.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. a45jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.

3.4 a45jl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Account Responsibilities

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a45jl account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your a45jl account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify a45jl immediately by contacting our support team.

4.3 a45jl strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Enabling 2FA adds a layer of security that protects your account from unauthorised access.

4.4 You must promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in payment processing or account suspension.

4.5 a45jl accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds held therein to any other person.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

a45jl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal transactions. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account or bank statement).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by a45jl may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

a45jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Deposits are credited to your a45jl account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment channel. a45jl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which a45jl accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the source account where possible.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your a45jl account dashboard at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.00. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and KYC status.

Standard withdrawal processing times from the point of a45jl's approval are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: 5 to 30 minutes on average;
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank Online Banking: 1 to 3 banking business days;
• InstaPay and PESONet: subject to interbank processing timelines, typically within 1 banking business day.

a45jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.00 per transaction, which may extend processing times. a45jl also reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have been approved and submitted for processing. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player from within the account dashboard prior to approval.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the a45jl platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Any conversion costs arising from payments made in other currencies are the sole responsibility of the Player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 a45jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and governed by this agreement.

6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum bet restriction will be specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 a45jl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's participation in any promotion if a45jl reasonably suspects that the player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any activity designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash (until applicable wagering requirements are met), and may only be used on the a45jl platform. Bonus funds do not form part of the Player's real-money balance until wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6.5 Where a Player holds a combined real-money and bonus balance, real-money funds will generally be wagered first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

07 Gaming Rules

7.1 All games available on the a45jl platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

7.2 a45jl games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) software for digital games and live video streams for live dealer games. a45jl does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all games are final once the relevant round is complete.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, a45jl reserves the right to void the affected game round. If a bet cannot be settled due to a technical error, the original wager amount will be credited back to the Player's balance.

7.4 a45jl reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds, due to pricing errors or system faults, as well as any bets that a45jl determines were placed with knowledge of an unfair advantage by the Player.

7.5 Sports betting markets are subject to the sports betting rules and house rules published in the sportsbook section of the a45jl platform. Settlement of all bets is final upon a45jl's determination.

08 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a45jl platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. a45jl reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, in response to any of the following:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one a45jl account, whether under the same or different names;
• Registering an account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, conduct transactions, or otherwise interact with the platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform's software for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or chargebacks;
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without a45jl's prior written consent;
• Attempting to manipulate the a45jl platform, its games, or any other player's experience through any means;
• Accessing the a45jl platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

8.2 Where a45jl determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, a45jl may, at its sole discretion: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold or forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or winnings; report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as applicable under Philippine law.

09 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the a45jl platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of a45jl Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a45jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

9.3 The a45jl name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of a45jl Casino. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written authorisation of a45jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The a45jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While a45jl takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and reliability, a45jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a45jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the a45jl platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime.

10.3 a45jl's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit a45jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 a45jl collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the a45jl Privacy Policy.

11.2 a45jl collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support purposes. a45jl does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 a45jl may share Player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

11.4 Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by a45jl, subject to applicable legal retention obligations, by contacting the a45jl support team.

12 Responsible Gaming

13.2 Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, a45jl will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address registered to the Player's account. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of the current terms.

13.3 Continued use of the a45jl platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not accept an amendment, the Player's sole remedy is to close their account and cease using the platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the a45jl platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through a45jl's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact the a45jl support team to initiate a formal dispute review.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.4 Players who believe that a45jl has acted in breach of its obligations under applicable Philippine regulations may also submit a complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.
